Commercial Electronic Messages

1. Current state

No promotional, campaign or similar commercial electronic messages are sent from this site under Law No. 6563 and the Commercial Communication Regulation. We do not collect or send SMS. A reply to the contact form is an operational answer, not marketing consent.

2. If messaging is opened later

If commercial messages are enabled, prior consent, registration with the Message Management System (İYS) and an easy, free opt-out in the same channel under Article 8 of Law No. 6563 are required. Opt-out cannot be made to depend on a 30-day KVKK form. No messages are sent until that consent exists.

3. KVKK rights

Article 11 requests use the Data Subject Application channels.
