1. Acceptance

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site. Updates are published on this page with a new date.

2. What this site is, and sales channels

The site is for catalogue, account and contact. You may buy (a) on Trendyol or Hipicon — that contract and payment follow that platform; or (b) by ordering on this site — then the distance contract is between you and the Company. Prices and stock on the catalogue are not a binding offer until you place an on-site order.

3. Account and acceptable use

Sign-in is with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Unlawful use, unauthorised access, disrupting the site, unsolicited automated scraping and impersonation are prohibited.

4. On-site orders and payment

On-site payment is currently unavailable. Once the iyzico partnership is live and on-site payment is enabled, payments will be processed through iyzico, a payment institution licensed under Law No. 6493, using Visa and Mastercard. We do not store card numbers on our servers. Prices are in Turkish lira and include applicable tax. This clause does not apply until you place an on-site order.

5. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos and designs on the site belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

6. Liability

Mandatory consumer rights remain. To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect loss from site downtime or catalogue stock differing from a marketplace listing. Nothing here excludes rights under Law No. 6502.

7. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumer disputes may go to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
