Personal Data Processing Disclosure

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”), Maritza Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi informs you about processing that actually takes place on this website. This is not a generic corporate template. A KVKK request that must be filed in Turkish is explained on the data-subject page; this English text is a faithful notice, not a substitute statutory filing.

2. Personal data processed
Only the categories below are processed. We do not collect passport copies, TCKN photocopies, call-centre recordings, card numbers stored on this site, or website passwords.
- Identity: name; display name if you sign in with Google
- Contact: email; message and subject on the contact form; phone and address if you save them on your account
- Transaction: wishlist, language preference, and — if you order on this site — products, amount and delivery details
- Technical: language and recent-search storage in the browser, a session identifier; hosting logs may include IP addresses
- Payment: if you pay on this site, transaction data processed by a licensed payment institution. Card numbers are not stored on our servers
3. Purposes and legal bases
Each purpose is tied to a condition in Article 5 of the Law. A privacy notice is not consent.
- Serving the site and remembering language — Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest)
- Answering the contact form — Art. 5/2-f; Art. 5/2-e if needed for a claim
- Google sign-in and session — Art. 5/2-c (contract)
- On-site orders, delivery and invoicing — Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/2-ç (legal duty)
- Passing payment to a licensed payment institution — Art. 5/2-c
- Marketplace click records (performance, stock) — Art. 5/2-f; these records are not anonymous
- No commercial electronic messages are sent from this site; reopening needs separate consent and İYS
4. Recipients
Data may be shared only as needed with: hosting and content delivery (Google Cloud, Cloudflare), authentication (Google/Firebase), email delivery, a licensed payment institution if you pay on this site, carriers, Trendyol or Hipicon when you follow those links, and public authorities where the law requires. There is no open-ended “all suppliers” pool.
5. Transfers abroad
Hosting, authentication and email providers may process data outside Türkiye. This notice does not assert that a signed Article 9 standard contract (or other listed safeguard) is already in place. This section will be updated when that inventory exists.
6. How data are collected
Data are collected through site forms, Google sign-in, cookies/local storage and the on-site checkout flow (automatic means), and by email you send us (partly non-automatic).
7. Article 11 rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data are processed, request information, learn the purpose, know recipients, request correction or erasure, ask that those acts be notified to recipients, object to a solely automated result against you, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

This web page does not submit a request. We respond within 30 days. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board if a request is refused. A formal KVKK application is made in Turkish.
