Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement applies to orders placed on taliamaritza.com. Orders on Trendyol or Hipicon follow that marketplace’s contract.
1. Parties
Seller: Maritza Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company”), Melekli Mahallesi, Melekli Sokak, No: 11, İç Kapı No: 2, Antakya/Hatay. MERSİS No: 0612178457500001. Hatay Trade Registry No: 24386. Brand: Talia Maritza. Email: destek@taliamaritza.com. Buyer: the consumer who orders on this site.
2. Subject
The subject is the sale and delivery of goods ordered on this site under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Pre-contract information, the order summary and this agreement are read together.
3. Goods
Name, main characteristics, quantity and price appear on the order confirmation and payment step. Catalogue images are illustrative; handmade production may vary slightly.
4. Price and payment
The sale price and any delivery charge are shown VAT-inclusive on the order summary. On-site payment is currently unavailable. Once the iyzico partnership is live and on-site payment is enabled, payments will be collected via iyzico, a licensed payment institution under Law No. 6493, using Visa and Mastercard. Card data is not stored on Company servers.
5. Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address on the order confirmation. An estimate is given on confirmation or by email; this text is not a standalone delivery-day promise. Delivery charges appear on the order summary.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without a penalty. Notice may be email or writing. Send the goods back within 14 days of notice. From delivery to the carrier we named, we refund all sums including delivery costs within 14 days, using your original payment method. There is no extra 30-day promise.
Exceptions in the Law and the Regulation remain. Only goods made to your specification (name, custom size) may fall under that exception.
7. Defective goods
Your remedies for defective goods under Law No. 6502 remain. There is no 48-hour cut-off.
8. Disputes
You may apply to a Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits published by the Ministry. Consumer arbitration committees and courts in Turkey have jurisdiction.
9. Entry into force
Confirming an order on this site is acceptance of this agreement. Marketplace orders are not covered by this agreement.
