Channels to exercise Article 11 rights. This page is not a form that submits. A formal application is made in Turkish.
1. Overview
Applications follow Article 13 of the Law and the Communiqué on Applications to Controllers, in writing or by a method the Board accepts. We respond within 30 days. A fee in the Board tariff may apply if the request is costly.
2. Methods

KEP is not the only channel. A photocopy of ID is not a routine requirement.
3. Information that is enough
Full name; TCKN if you are a Turkish citizen, otherwise passport or foreign ID number; a notice address or email; the request. Phone, fax and sending every field together are not mandatory.
4. Request types (Art. 11)
- Whether data are processed, and information
- Purpose and recipients
- Correction; erasure / destruction / anonymisation and notice to recipients
- Objection to a solely automated result against you
- Compensation for unlawful processing
5. Reply and identity
